The Adeje Urban Agenda. Transforming the city for 2030.
Our agenda summarises the aspirations and aims of the region to promote its social, environmental, and economic transformation. To achieve this, it seeks to integrate the Sustainable Development Objectives into the city model, improving our ability to confront the various urban development challenges in Adeje.
The drafting of the Agenda has brought together the views and expertise of regional leaders, urban planners, and business and civil society bodies. It continues the progress towards a more sustainable and integrated city through the implementation of a series of lines of action.
Phases
The Adeje Urban Agenda has been developed in four phases following the methodology proposed by the Spanish Urban Agenda.

Everyone’s Agenda
The creation of the Adeje UA took into account the views of people who live in the region. Various workshops were held with political representatives and city planners as well as with citizens and local key players.
